The Petty Cash Management Application is an in-house developed project that helps
organizations track daily expenses through a structured, month-wise book system. It
enables expense recording, cash replenishment management, and transparent workflows
between Managers and Cashiers, improving financial control and accountability.
Afcons was using SAP S/4HANA as their enterprise ERP platform.
Their custom Warehouse Management System (WMS) required GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
and MIV (Material Issue Voucher) data from SAP for accurate inventory tracking.
The organization manages a diverse global product portfolio across multiple regions and
brands. Previously, each country relied on independent spreadsheets to handle item data,
pricing, classifications, master data, and user access.
