Tasktrix is an in-house project and timesheet management solution that centralizes project
tracking, daily task logging, and weekly timesheet approvals in a single platform. Users can
create projects, record daily tasks, automatically generate weekly timesheets, and submit
them for managerial approval, with workflow defined at the project creation stage.It was
developed to replace fragmented tracking methods, eliminate manual timesheet
preparation, and streamline approval workflows.
A organization was struggling with its document review and approval process. Critical files
such as work sheets, financial reports, and compliance documents were shared via email
and spreadsheets, making it difficult to:
• Track document status
• Identify responsible owners
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain accountability and audit trails
The Warehouse Management System (WMS) was developed to streamline material
movement at project sites by digitizing:
• E-Way Bill integration
• Inward material receipt
• Inspection workflow
• Outward material movement with Gate Pass
The system ensures compliance with Indian logistics regulations while maintaining realtime visibility of material movement inside and outside the project premises.
